All-Inclusive Pricing at Serra Sol Memory Care

Serra Sol Memory Care is pleased to offer a simple pricing plan for families to consider. Our prices are all-inclusive and are based on two things: the type of apartment selected and customized healthcare needs. Rates start at $6,995 monthly, all-inclusive. Please ask for more details.

Short-Term Care

Many families choose a short-term stay or a respite option as a bridge between in-home care and a full-time residency decision. It is a wonderful way to find out how well a loved one will acclimate to our community and offers the chance to try out senior living before committing to a long-term residency. Additionally, it can be a great option for family caregivers who need to work, travel, or simply need a break from providing care. Short-term stay guests benefit from Serra Sol’s homelike atmosphere and personalized attention from staff members who are specially trained in dementia care. Space and availability may be limited, and minimum and maximum stay lengths may apply.

A short-term stay costs $350 per 24-hour period.

Additional fees may be charged for pickup or drop-off transportation or enhanced care.

OTHER COST CONSIDERATIONS

• A one-time community fee of $5000 holds the room of your choice for 15 days and is non-refundable after 90 days of residency.

• Monthly pricing is for an annual lease with a 30-day notice required to terminate.

• Families are responsible for services not normally provided by Serra Sol, such as personal telephone or optional salon services. Fees for pets or enhanced care may also apply.

• A $2000 monthly charge is applied to second occupants in a single room.

• Regular cost of living rate increases apply.
